Yes. Once you purchase a monthly gig, it will automatically renew every 30 days from the time you make your purchase.
Quality work does take some time to complete. The turnaround time we set for each of our gigs ensures that you get your money’s worth.

- Our support is available 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The Hackrs fulfilling our gigs work during regular US business hours as well.
- US English is the only language supported by LeadHackrs. That means that all our gigs, dashboard info, and communication from our Hackrs and support team will be in US English. As such, we require that you communicate with us in US English as well.
- All our rates are listed in US Dollars. Because of this, your credit card company may charge you with additional fees related to your purchase.
We do not have an affiliate or referral program at this time. However, make sure that you sign up for our newsletter so that you can be the first to know if and when we decide to launch this.
Our team has carefully selected each Hackr based on their experience level and quality of work they produce. That’s why we’re fully confident that each gig they complete will meet your expectations.

While we know that there will be times that you’d like to communicate directly with our freelancers to make sure that they complete the job as you’d like, understand that they can get very busy completing the projects assigned to them. However we offer regular reporting and a project manager as your main point of contact.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll be prompted to fill out an onboarding form to provide us with the information our vetted freelancers will need to get started on your order.
Feel free to reach out to our customer support if you have any questions or concerns on how to fill this up.
We typically get in touch with you within 48 hours after you submit your onboarding form.
If you’ve completed the form and haven’t heard back from us after 48 hours, kindly contact our support team. We’ll make sure someone gets back to you as soon as possible.
We will send you the deliverables through your Dashboard. Once you receive it, we encourage you to review it and send us your feedback or any edit requests within three (3) days from receiving it.
If we don’t hear back from you after three days, we will mark the gig as accepted.
Although we take pride in our vetted freelancers efficiency to complete their work on time, several factors can significantly affect their ability to achieve this.
These include, but not limited to, the completeness of the information that you provide us and the promptness in providing us responses to any clarification questions we send.
As such, we encourage you to make sure that you provide us with as much information as you can when you complete the onboarding form and responses to our clarification questions promptly.
Absolutely! Many of our customers have outsourced to us several services they provide their clients.
All you have to do is purchase the gig under your account, and we’ll have one of our vetted freelancers complete the project in typical white-label fashion.

We’re sorry to hear that. If you’re not happy with the deliverables our Hackr provided, please provide us with your feedback within three (3) days from receiving the deliverables. Our Hackr will make the edits you’ve requested.
If you’re still not satisfied with your order after this, please send a message to our support team. We’ll review the situation on a case-to-case basis.
Yes. Our Hackr will continue to work on your gig for the remainder of the month you paid for.
